We screen all potential employees using an online application process. In addition to completing an application for your desired position, all successful applicants to Richard McKenna must be an Idaho-certified teacher.

Teachers interested in joining our elementary teaching staff must be willing to become Montessori-certified by participating in an online Montessori training program.

Please supply the following in addition to your online application:

• Letter of application/interest
• Authorization for release of information on past employment with school employers (Idaho Code 33-1210)
• Resume
• Copies of transcripts
• Placement file or three (3) letters of recommendation
• Copy of current teaching certificate
