We screen all potential employees using an online application process. In addition to completing an application for your desired position,
all successful applicants to Richard McKenna must be an Idaho-certified teacher.
Teachers interested in joining our elementary teaching staff must be willing to become Montessori-certified by participating in an online Montessori training program.
