Federal Programs

Richard McKenna Charter School is committed to ensuring equitable access to and participation in all federal programs and services, including those supported by federal funding, and to administering such programs in compliance with applicable federal laws and regulations. Accordingly, the Charter School implements federal programs in a manner that promotes fairness, accountability, and transparency, and prohibits discrimination, exclusion, or unequal treatment in the administration of these programs. Students, employees, families, or other members of the Charter School community who have questions or concerns regarding the implementation of federal programs, or who believe that a federal program requirement has not been met, should contact the designated federal programs administrator, who will provide information about available supports and applicable procedures.
